Between jobs? We keep your profile active. When new work opens that matches your trade, we come to you.
Straight answers, no agency-speak.
Real employment. You're on HBG's books as a casual employee with full entitlements: tax, super, workers' comp, and weekly pay every Thursday. Not an ABN gig, not a platform.
Once your pre-qual and induction are done, often within 24-48 hours when a role matches your trade and tickets. The clock starts from the moment you're set up, so getting through induction quickly is the only variable you control.
Photo ID, a valid White Card, and any trade tickets or VOCs for your discipline. Complete your online induction once (around 15 minutes) and you're in the pool across all 200+ HBG sites.
Weekly, every Thursday at 3:30 pm, for the previous week's work. Super is paid quarterly on top. No chasing, no invoicing. It's a payroll, not a marketplace.
We run labour across 200+ sites nationally. Tell us your availability and preferred suburbs and we'll match you to the closest and best-fit work first. If your area is quiet, we'll tell you honestly.
