Timesheets and Pay

Manual Timesheet

Each week, you need to make sure that your manual timesheet is completed, authorised/signed and submitted to payroll@harrisonbarratt.com.au for processing by Monday 12:00 pm.

As you know, we pay you and charge our clients for all the hours you work. If you do not have your timesheet in on time, or it is incomplete, you jeopardise our ability to pay you on time!!

It is important that you ask the client to sign your manual timesheet every day (if applicable). This will be of benefit to you in the event that you leave site and are for some reason not required the following day.

Online Timesheet

Each week, you need to make sure that your online timesheet is submitted for authorizing and processing by Monday 12:00 pm. Online timesheets are an option provided you have access to a smart phone, tablet or PC as they speed up the process and reduce paperwork for you. If you are interested in using online timesheets please speak to your consultant.

Remember - no approved or signed timesheet - NO PAY!
If your timesheet is received late – it cannot be paid on time!

Pays to Bank

If you have submitted a completed and signed/approved timesheet by Monday 12pm - Your pay will be transferred to your nominated bank account on Thursday 330pm – and in most cases, the funds will be available in your account Thursday afternoon or early next morning, however if you are with one of the smaller credit unions or building societies, it may be later

‍Once we have sent the pays from our account, we have no control over how long it takes to reach your account

Pay slips

Your pay slip will be emailed to you by Thursday afternoon at the same time we transfer your wages
