For metro areas like Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth, same-day deployment is often possible if the request is received before midday. All drivers are pre-inducted, pre-verified, and ready to start immediately.

All drivers placed through Harrison Barratt Group hold a valid White Card (General Construction Induction) as a minimum. Depending on the role, workers also hold relevant trade certificates, high-risk work licences, and site-specific tickets. Every qualification is verified against state regulator databases before deployment. Workers with expired or unverifiable credentials are not deployed.

Charge rates for drivers depend on the applicable Modern Award classification, casual loading, site allowances, and penalty rates. Yes. If a driver performs well on your site, we facilitate temp-to-perm conversion. A transfer fee applies based on tenure — the longer they have been placed with you, the lower the fee. This lets you trial a worker before committing to a permanent hire.

HBG guarantees a replacement within 24 hours for no-shows. There is no charge for shifts where a worker fails to attend. Our operations team monitors check-ins in real time and proactively arranges replacements before your site manager even needs to call.
