North-Western Sydney is anchored by The Hills Shire — Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill, Kellyville, Rouse Hill and the Norwest and Bella Vista business precincts. The market is dominated by residential new-build and knock-down-rebuild work across established and greenfield estates, together with commercial-fitout activity around Norwest Business Park (one of the largest suburban commercial precincts in Sydney). Transport is anchored by the Sydney Metro North West line (Norwest, Bella Vista, Rouse Hill), the M2 Motorway, Old Northern Road and Windsor Road. HBG regularly supplies carpenters, labourers, concreters, electricians and plumbers into the Hills district for residential and commercial work.
