South-Western Sydney is one of NSW's largest growth catchments, taking in Fairfield, Liverpool, Campbelltown, Bankstown and the surrounding council areas. The market runs a genuine mix — Bankstown CBD commercial fitout, Fairfield-belt industrial and warehousing, Liverpool CBD civil upgrades (with the adjacent Western Sydney Airport / Aerotropolis corridor to the south-west) and greenfield residential in the Campbelltown and Liverpool growth areas. Transport is anchored by the T3 Bankstown Line (converting to Sydney Metro City & Southwest), the T8 Airport & South Line, the T2 Leppington Line, the M5 Motorway and the Hume Highway. HBG dispatches a broad mix — carpenters, concreters, labourers, plant operators, forklift drivers and traffic controllers — across South-Western Sydney every week.
