How It Works
Step 1: Refer Someone You Know
Know a tradie, labourer, or operator looking for work? Send them our way. You can refer them through:
- Our website referral form at harrisonbarratt.com.au
- The HBG App (tap "Refer a Mate")
- Calling your HBG consultant directly
- Texting or emailing us their name and number
Step 2: We Reach Out and Induct Them
Our team contacts your mate, completes their induction, and gets them job-ready.
Step 3: They Complete Hours on Site
Once your referral has completed qualifying hours on a client site, you earn your reward.
What You Get
Rewards vary by the type of placement, but typically include:
- $100-$250 cash or voucher for successful labour hire referrals
- Higher rewards for specialist trade or permanent placement referrals
- No limit on how many people you can refer
Rules
- The person you refer must not already be registered with HBG
- They must complete a minimum qualifying period on site
- You must be an active HBG worker to be eligible
- Rewards are paid after the qualifying period is completed
