For metro areas like Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth, same-day deployment is often possible if the request is received before midday. All boilermakers are pre-inducted, pre-verified, and ready to start immediately.

All boilermakers placed through Harrison Barratt Group hold a valid White Card (General Construction Induction) as a minimum. Depending on the role, workers also hold relevant trade certificates, high-risk work licences, and site-specific tickets. Every qualification is verified against state regulator databases before deployment. Workers with expired or unverifiable credentials are not deployed.

Yes. If a boilermaker performs well on your site, we facilitate temp-to-perm conversion. A transfer fee applies based on tenure — the longer they have been placed with you, the lower the fee. This lets you trial a worker before committing to a permanent hire.

HBG guarantees a replacement within 24 hours for no-shows. There is no charge for shifts where a worker fails to attend. Our operations team monitors check-ins in real time and proactively arranges replacements before your site manager even needs to call.
