All riggers placed through Harrison Barratt Group hold a valid White Card (General Construction Induction) as a minimum. Depending on the role, workers also hold relevant trade certificates, high-risk work licences, and site-specific tickets. Every qualification is verified against state regulator databases before deployment. Workers with expired or unverifiable credentials are not deployed.

Yes. If a rigger performs well on your site, we facilitate temp-to-perm conversion. A transfer fee applies based on tenure — the longer they have been placed with you, the lower the fee. This lets you trial a worker before committing to a permanent hire.
